Why not update outdated champions that have deeply fallen out of the meta?

Why not fix the bugs and clunky abilities?

Why not fix the fact that there are currently multiple unplayable champions because they are perma banned right now?

You're trying to implement new features in a broken game. How about you fix the game first before you start messing around with plants? Why are you prioritizing on evolving the game when the game that currently exists desperately needs attention?

We constantly go through this cycle of patch after patch, something is always broken, something is always trash tier and you try to fix this all year long and to no avail.

I think that a large scale champion update/balance overhaul would be the appropriate take on starting season 7.

Warwick Galio Are the 2 next Reworked champions, which we'll prob see some time next year (WW is first) Talon is getting a rework for the Assassin update which will be in Pre-season (Possibly even next patch or in 2 patches) Aatrox is getting some big changes during the Diver class update which is probably after the Assassin update (So guessing Early/Mid Next year?)

Udyr Has not been mentioned yet, but he might be considered in the Diver class update

They have different teams working on different things.

THe champ rework team does different things then the item balance team.

A lot of people (well at least me) ban yasuo NOT BECAUSE HE IS BROKEN... But because I dont want him on my team. Always toxic. Always feeding. Always blaming. Zed isnt worth a ban honestly no one played him in worlds and he has a shit win rate people just over rate him way too much. Hecarim.... Nothing to say he is strong same thing with zac now darius is a bit of a weird one because you can kite him easily if you know what you are doing but then again if he flashes or uses ghost ur fucked.

at some point, drastic changes for a game with this playerbase may be counterproductive due to people's investment in it as well as the infrastructure created around it.

i think plants could work though... we need to be more patient and try it out. however, i also didn't find smite buffs so binary. i'd often smite wolves based on very situational factors. gromp depending on if i stacked health and the situation etc. the only one I almost never smited if i was taking was blue buff.

The preseason announcement addresses more then half of the issues you came up with. Also idk TK and Shyv are "clunky" and "buggy" the rest just got overnerfed and unfourtunatly they will most likely not get buffs until after the preseason. Also idk what game you're playing to have Zac and Darius permabanned. They are solid champs yes but not "GG OP PLZ NERF" in any way shape or form.

Noooooooooo, no no no, that's asking too much. Riot has to constantly add more things to the game which just adds more to the list of broken, unbalanced, unhealthy combinations that they always say will get fixed "Soon."

most of the champions you listed are already going to get a rework
riot has always been fixing bugs but some are harder to fix than others
This will never ever change no matter what riot does

Let's see...

Galio Warwick Talon are all slated for updates.

Talon is one of the big asssasins for 6.22 update. Galio and WW are the next two major VGUs being released.

Riot has said they plan on reworking Azir, and Tahm Kench is being used as is right now. Riot has said they're going to look at how preseason affects the old Devourer junglers before doing changes to Shyvanna.

Kalista has bug fixes planned in 6.21 and the AA cancel changes are being pulled until they're fixed and don't fuck over Kalista.

Also, Zed has changes in the 6.22 assassin update, And idk what game you're playing, but darius and hecarim aren't Permabans.

you do realize that there will ALWAYS be broken stuff in this game? That is the nature of this beast called "League of Legends" as for your "update outdated champions" part, you do realize that some of those are actually on the damn VGU list, 2 of which are currently being worked on as we speak. your second point of "bugs and clunky abilities", can you please be a bit more specific? and your third point of the "perma banned champs", those guys are more or less just banned so much because a ton of players just can't stand dealing with them since they are typically hard to pin down and kill 1 v 1 unless you play a big counter pick and even then make just 1 or 2 mistakes and they just steamroll the entire match because you AND your TEAM could not pin them down and shut them down early and keep them down.

I still don't get why Zac is permabanned. Damn clear counterplay and his e can be intrerupted by anything those days. Hell even if its almost impossible to ward against his ganks you can still dodge his e or intrerupt it midair. Ult with aoe knockup?he needs setup to use it effectively unless he got flash. His sustain? item 3123 is a thing and cancerous enough to make it almost useless(stepping on them it's still a option too).

Udyr has his own Niche, he's not "out of meta", he just appeals to certain players and a certain play style. I don't think Riot will ever change that. Aatrox is already slated for a rework Talon is slated for a rework set to hit on tuesday... Warwick is slated for a rework very late this year or early 2017 Galio is slated for a rework after Warwick -.-

Yasuo is a case of people just disliking him , it'll fall off at some point. Zac is fine idk what your talking about. Zed is a case of people really not liking him (slated for some changes in Assassin Rework), I think he falls into people just being insanely biased. Hecarim is... Not banned perma? Idk what your talking about. Darius is.. Fine as well???

Essentially your complaining about problems that don't exist and problems that are already in the works being fixed... Useless post.

I'd really like them to fix Hec's e, it glitches out about 5% of the time, I've been stuck on the terrain behind red several times, and at krugs a few times too. It also does weird things sometimes when going after champions, like targeting minions under the champion or launching off in random directions with the enemy target getting knocked in the opposite direction.
