Two MMRs?
i find it stupid how im gold 2 but in normal games i vs low silver players i use normals as practice but it doesn't help how i cant vs anyone my skill level

Yes, norms and ranked have different MMRs.
You have a separate MMR for every game mode (so normals differs from co op vs ai differs from ARAM differs from ranked differs from each of the RGM's and so on).
It's quite common for people to have a lower normals mmr than ranked for a variety of reasons. One is simply people don't play normals as often when they're focused on ranked, and second that when people do play normals, it's often on champs they haven't mastered as they try to learn new roles/champs/builds, in contrast to where in ranked most people will only use their very best champion(s) in their best role(s).
I thought mmr can be affected by the ranked tier u had haha; just wanted to have a normal team who would play at their best even in normal games and enjoyed the most from a game but apprently playing normal is like playing aram nowadays and people are forced to play ranked just like me and ending up got trolled by feeders and unskilled players
