Passive - enhanced damage on next AA Q - AoE damage - simple like that - no stuns, slows, dmg amplification or 3 attack modifier W - short knockback + reasonable damage E - AoE slow + good damage R - Flat AoE damage, and if aimed correctly, you'll deal more damage.
Can't we have more champs like such? Kinda missing the simplicity... 
I mean, considering his E can knock himself in a certain direction.
That's not simple. You have to angle it JUST right or you could knock yourself into the enemy team.

yea delete cancer ziggs
Ziggs isn't really that simple, he has a lot of ways to apply his kit.
He also has some pretty important decision trees when it comes to things like his ultimate.
Ult to clear wave? Ult the beginning of a teamfight? Ult during the fight? Save it for clean up?

simplest champion? no try something like garen and annie their kits are pretty straight forward. simple compared to all the champs getting released now? yes i agree.
