Who wins in 1v1, Ahri or Fizz and why?

Heavily slanted in Fizz's favor because his kit is just easier to land.

Fizz. Ahri's dashes can't do anything when fizz hits his ult. Also Fizz can become untargetable when ahri tries to charm him.

Ahri's ult is longer cooldown than fizz (by the time fizz's ult is back Ahri's is down for another 30 seconds) and fizz can just kill her without his ult anyways while dodging charm with his E.

Basically if Ahri is away from tower without her ult post 6 (and she should be because fizz forced it or she used it to gank somewhere) fizz instantly wins regardless if he has ult or not. Even if she does have ult it's so easy to force it as fizz and just kill her during the down time instead.

Fizz , he is her hardest counter anyway , He destroys her in lane , she can abuse him at lvl 1 or 2 with basic attacks , but later , even if she uses her ult to run he can still go to her under tower and kill her The only way to avoid this is to stay out of the wave and farm with Q , which prevents her from scaling , that being said , Fizz has enough damage to kill her without ult anyway , she can take barrier to prevent him a little from tower diving but , she won't be able to do her role well after this since most of her power comes from ignite not to forget his ult cd is way shorter than hers

fizz of course, can survive her burst easily and has the mobility to toy with her

So a good Ahri will not use her charm until after Fizz uses his Playful trickster. heres the thing though as Ahri needs to use her Q to get Fizz E so if you do land the charm your Q will be on cooldown.

A good Ahri can shit on a Fizz more than Ekko or any other mid laner can. She has more outplay potential and better mobility with CDR.

Yes I am biased since I'm an Ahri main but there is no way Fizz can beat her ranged abilities.

Ahri wins if she can force Fizz off the wave and keep him from backing. Otherwise, Fizz wins as soon as he can all in.

Depends. If Ahri has her full combo up, lands the charm, and uses her ult to successfully dodge Fizz's, ahri could win feasibly. By the same token though, if the fizz uses his troll pole right to dodge her combo he wins. I'd say it's a skill match up leaning more toward fizz

I think this is Fizz tilted, but ahri has some pretty good opportunity here.

Ahri is Ranged, she has 3 dashes and a CC ability. Early game fizz can't do much against her, many a time i have been the fizz or the ahri in this match up and as the ahri you have a pretty nice advantage levels 1-3 afterwards it's dead even level 4 and 5, at level 6 is where it goes into fizz's favor. The thing is that as the Ahri player you MUST keep your distance to give yourself enough time to dodge Fizz's R or to be able to get back to your turret before he can catch up to you when he does land it. After you dodge his R or if he already used his E, your pretty golden in this match up, there isn't much he can do to you if he misses a primary damage ability or if your too far away for him to finish the combo.

If he R's you and you get hit, run back to your turret with as many R charges as it takes, the slow matter's a bit but your dash distance will always be the same, if you do this immediately he might not be able to Q you to close the distance, and if he has to use his E to close the distance you can charm him and prevent him from being able to kill you.

Edit: As other's have mentioned its really easy to force Ahri's R and if she doesn't have that she can die pretty easily but she's ranged and fizz is melee so that kind of helps her out a lot, better waveclear as well to keep fizz off of her, so i still think it's a mostly skill match up favoring fizz.

All in all i think this is a 48% Ahri and 52% Fizz, it's mostly a skill match up.

I'd call it a skill match up in Fizz's favor. I feel like the fizz player has a little more wiggle room where the ahri player loses lane if he dies once. Because it has relatively easy snowball potential, this is probably a lane junglers should hard focus early if a kill hasn't happened yet.

If we're talking kills, Fizz will win eventually.

Fizz can trickster away whenever Ahri goes for something on him.

Ahri can ult away whenever Fizz throws out his shark, but Ahri's rank 1 ult has a longer CD than Fizz's rank 1 shark, so Fizz will have a window in which Ahri is vulnerable.

Assuming Fizz has his sharks on point...

Ahri will ult away from Fizz's first ult. She'd have to flash out of Fizz's second ult. She'd ult away from Fizz's third ult. She'd get hit by Fizz's fourth shark, and will die if Fizz can E her defensive charm unless she's running Barrier or something of the sort.

If we're talking general laning, Ahri wins. Fizz has kill potential, but Ahri can bully Fizz while ults are out of play, and she'll get a large CS lead because of it.

Would say it definitely depends on whos playing. I main ahri and ive played fizz, so definitely more of a skill match up. Although, with ults, if the fizz is decent enough to land a shark, the ahri is prob dead [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

It's mostly a skill matchup. It depends on if Ahri can land her charm and/or Fizz can land his ult. There's a lot more that goes into this matchup, too, such as Ahri being able to punish Fizz early and gain a cs lead. Then there's how Fizz plays from behind if Ahri is correctly positioning and landing her abilities and autos. As the title states, this is just for the 1v1, so not even taking into consideration how much easier it is to gank Ahri than Fizz before level 6.
