Looking for a ranked team to recruit me.

I'm level 30, been playing for over 5 years, I am looking to join a friendly, competitive, eager-to-win, mature ranked team, as I am new to the Ranked system I would like to know the basics to it and join a good team. I play any character, any position, though I do not like playing Top. Fizz, Kat, LeBlanc, Blitzcrank and Evelynn are my best champions to play, albeit, I can play a whole bunch.
