I would like to configure my RMB/LMB to Summoner spells and have my Clicks be on Middle Mouse button

if possible

can you tell me how to configure? the in-game tool doesnt work

Pretty sure it's not doable for a reason, if it's not doable. APM is only limited whenever an allowed increase would force a change in the way everyone plays/sets up (basically, allowing this would force everyone to do it or fall behind).
