Spell Vamp isn't fair? You cooldowns are so low you don't need CDR, which is why I think Ryze needs some CD nerfs.
They fixed him lol.
Guy dont worry he will be reworked again by Christmas.......also the 2017 January rework is already complete and the 2017 March rework is halfway done.
You still get the shield if you cast E,W then Q. But yeah they got rid of the CDR and spell vamp.
He still does a lot of AOE if you combo the abilites right(Q then E,then E on the same target, then Q on any one of the targets with the E on them does 200% of your Q damage in aoe and you can repeat it every 1.24 seconds with 45% cdr).
now he's even easier
literally just eqeqeqeqeqeqeqeq and that's your full combo
