Alright so. I'm looking at these ballance changes and I just.. can't?

Like, there's more Lee sin buffs now? _Lee Sin Sonic Wave / Resonating Strike (Q) Sonic Wave damage increased from 50/75/100/125/150 to 50/80/110/140/170 Resonating Strike damage increased from 50/75/100/125/150 to 50/80/110/140/170 _

the nautilus changes make the other changes on the pbe feel like straight up nerfs now, nerfes for a champion that's already barely to never played. Nautilus Titan's Wrath (W) cost reverted from 60 to 80

and there's a buff on the pbe now for yasuo? Like why? Are they actively trying to get yasuo permabanned?

Yasuo Last Breath (R) bonus AD increased from 150% to 250%
