I was playing a normal game on SR today when my laptop suddenly froze. I was unable to start up my computer until the game was over. Can I please get my penalty revoked? It's really unfair that I have to suffer because my laptop suddenly froze.

I've gotten the 5 20's before for getting disconnected for only a few minutes and still got back into the game.

One game doesn't put you into LPQ. It takes a history of afking.
