Allow armor to decrease knockup/knockback duration/distance

Since tenacity does not affect knock ups and knock backs, I was thinking there should be a way to counter it.

My thoughts, if a character has lots of armor, technically, they would be heavier, making it harder to knock them up or back. I was thinking something like at 150 armor there is a 15% decrease in knock up duration/knock back distance and then at 200 armor there is a 35% decrease. In general, this won't benefit most players except for tanks, but allows for some way to counter stuff. (imagine a Lee Sin kick only knocking back the tank half way so he doesn't actually hit the rest of the team)

I was talking with a friend the other day about this. It would be interesting to add a "weight" mechanic, but it would probably take a lot of work to implement. But I feel like a full stacked Cho shouldn't be knocked up as high as a teemo. It would be an interesting passive for a champ or item, based off their character size.

I dunno, the whole 'they way heavier' can be explained with 'it's a magic tornado (janna)'.

Those two CCs were allowed to stay lack that to counter tenacity so not ALL CC was countered by an item. I'd actually prefer if knock ups and backs were just not handed out what seems like every other new champion.
