Why the fuck does no one grab the fucking Lantern when they need it ?

It's hard to be .Your trying to save a life but they don't want to grab the lantern, they rather get killed then get pulled to safety. I think riot needs to put some arrows pointing towards the lantern because my adc's keep telling me "Sorry man i just didn't see it" or my favorite "How do I grab it ?" It's a point and click.
