WHERE IS ZE HONORR IN DUELING MINIONS!

Why did I put that.... But, the one change that I propose is that the cooldown reduction on a target hit for Fiora Q is only given to a champion or large/epic monster hit. This fits thematically cause I mean where is the honor from fighting something a million times weaker than you? Also it doesn't nerf her too hard, I mean, I would rate this a lovetap at best.
