A Simple Change to Caitlyn

Ok before I start about the nerf to Caitlyn, lets just examine her kit to see the uses and general purpose. Passive: Honestly I really just see poke with getting the buff and then shooting them. It also has good burst if combined with your W and E. Q: Poke.. again. W: Zone control and Burst. E: Safety and alot of damage from headshots.. oh and a dash.... R: Finisher and occasionally poke...

Note: I don't play Caitlyn, so just take that analysis with a grain of salt. Also I would like a bit of feedback from an actual Caitlyn player.

So one change that I propose to Caitlyn would be to either remove the dash on her E or reduce it. Why would you remove Caitlyn's dash?, you may ask before lynching me. Before Caitlyn was an ADC that generally liked to just poke, poke and poke some more. She was rather bad at all-ins and before the dash rather made sense as a safety net for people that jumped on her. Now... it just seems like overkill as a GOOD Caitlyn can rapidly combo her E and W to quickly deal a Massive amount of headshot damage to the person jumping her. Her E just lets the right click to win Cait players play worse while having another safety net besides her range.

her net (E) has only normal headshot (passive) bonus damage where traps (W) significantly increase it. her "dash" is not an issue. Her only real issue is her traps and how hard it is to play around them in the early game, where she can spam them under your own tower forcing you to miss farm, or lose half your health pool because they last for 90 seconds.
