Request to Riot-Give manaless champions incentive to buy mana items.

Yeah, I know right off the bat that just sounds stupid, but hear me out. Most manaless champions have the most predictable build path, because they have so little options.

A Nunu is far more likely to buy a Frozen Heart then a Zac or a Shen is and even thought Vlad and akali cast a load of spells, you'll still never see them with a Seraphs Embrace and these can really hurt these champion simply because, they have no options. It's either they get these items ore lose.

It could be different from each manaless champion since alot of balance for the Ninjas/Lee Sin is their energy. While some other champions are just destroyed by their resource unless their prioritize health resorting items.

I.E. A Zac and Vlad are assured to get a Spirit Visage and Morde and Vlad are assumed to get A Will of the Ancients. Items they pretty much can't survive without, literally, they kill themselves casting abilities.

Trying to keep it short and sweet but I hope the idea has crossed someone's head at Riot and if they aren't doing it, I hope it's for a good reason.
