Aatrox is bad. He has, small Q range and VERY small knock-up radius. He has a W passive that kills you quickly if toggled on and you must build life-steal. His E is very strangely shaped and has a VERY slow skill shot speed. His ult is okay.
AATROX NEEDS A REWORK, PERIOD
Just a tip, lifesteal isn't really what you want on Aatrox. While its nice to have, the passive from Death's Dance, is much preferred. If you have DD, you pretty much don't need another LS item. Back on topic, I would like to see an Aatrox rework, and Riot has stated that they've tried out some kits on him, but I'd rather wait than try to force Riot into reworking Aatrox.
He's scheduled for a rework in the Diver's update, which takes place after Urgot's & Evelynn's rework.
So technically, round next year.
Aatrox is gonna get a rework the same time Xin Zhao gets one. Xin Zhao and Aatrox are both Divers, so basically 2018.
Riot said 2 years ago they were working on a rework. It is now 2018 nearly halfway through the year, and riot has yet to do anything about this champion. If only they let community member help with reworks, the thing would be done this damn week. Cheers everybody, aatrox is never getting a rework, a champion with already like 10 skins needs a skin that gives her 7 skins in 1, but nah aatrox' s rework promised long ago still isn't important. I love aatrox a champion because he is so cool, but he fkin sucks donkey dick. And this is after I have tried nearly everyway to play him. Outclassed in damage, cc, attack speed, passives, slows, and sustain by literally any other fighter. To the poor bastards who actually main this champion, god help you.
