Match ready check bug

So I was in queue waiting for a game and then the ready check flashed and I was told I did not accept ready check, the second time the same thing happened, This time I was ready and pressed the "accept" button but then it still said that I declined it, what is going on?

Having the same problem really ruins the game for me can't even play a game
