Tanks are just spinning (not a pun on garen but hes broken aswell) out of control

Hello,

I am a Platinum 3 mid main on EUNE. I have noticed that during these few last released patches, tanks like Nasus and Garen and similar champions are becoming undealable with. Today I faced a nasus that reached around 500 stacks at 30th minute and then literally was able to go 1v5.

I was playing malzahar and he would literally tank out everything during my ultimate and then just heal up from his Q's. I do not mind someone being able to tank 5 people but he cannot be able to two-shot everyone on my team. He was full tank and he got a penta, literally a penta and was able to 1v3 and 1v4 quite easily.

Thats the nasus that was able to 2shot anyone on our team. It was literally impossible to teamfight.

I don't know if im just bad if my teams are bad but does anyone agree that tanks are a bit out of control ?

I dunno mate. My 40% cdr Support Sion heals my team while stunlocking Nasus and such so well, immobile Juggernauts just can't do enough while my team melts them. Your problem is just that Maokai didn't buy CDR so he lacked the shutdown needed.

2ndly you are clearly behind as a mage who is designed to kill a carry why would you even try to kill a nasus when you yourself have ZERO KILLS in the game

your best bet would be to focus the support /adc or use your ult to lock down a target that someone on your team could kill.

your team failed when they allowed nasus to free farm 500 stacks by 30 minutes.

you neglected a lategame scaling juggernaut just sitting top lane stacking it up for 20 minutes. maybe next time coordinate to gank his lane and shut him down early.

its incredible how after 7 years people still dont understand you dont let a nasus stack for free. you snowball his lane opponent, so he can freeze the lane on his side and deny the nasus cs and stacks, which puts him far enough behind that he cant recover before the game ends.

Lame ass tank meta and you can see it clearly at the LCS too.

in the screen shot you provided the only tank shown picked in that game is Maokai

Guys he's talking about Kha Zix and I agree. Tank Khazix is op and needs nerfs

I clearly know what a tank is. What I mean is that he was building clearly to be tanky. I know I was behind as fuck, 0-6-8 sucked but the whole game was kind of bad, I was just trying to help in teamfights with ults since I was behind early (I got camped and dived 3 times, feel me here), didn't really run for kills. But what made me post this is not just this game, its generally like teamss who have more tanky characters tend to win games. I mean the only "damage" item he had was trinity and yet he was really able to just destroy all of us. I played an absolutely game and In no way I am defending my bad performance in this game. But don't you think its kind of funny when a cho gath with 4k hp can two shot someone?

I don't even mind this game with nasus. People let him stack and we got roasted later on. You cant let a nasus stack q, thats it. But cho'gath buying a locket and shielding for 1k while twoshotting someone is imo not right.

also, your mf's build is dogshit.

you dont build lethality if you want to deal with tanky targets. its another reason you lost the game. you had absolutely no one on your team who itemized into carrying.

you just had a tank, 2 "assassins" and you didnt even have enough ap to qualify as more than a secondary support.

if your mf actually built crit and attack speed, your team was more than enough to perma cc the nasus and her to just take him down over time. but she build for cheese q 1 shots on enemy squishies with duskblade and not to deal with a beefcake like nasus.
