Entering bots fountain created 4 BF swords in my inventory? xD

So yesterday I had a pretty tight schedule and had approximately an hour to play league of legends. Wanted to do as many missions as I can so I hopped into a bot game, got draven and starting taking out my frustration on these poor bots. At one point of the game, I bought an infinity edge as my first item and went to finish the game. So I am there, standing near their fountain and nuking them with my axes. At one point, one of my axes falls a bit inside of their fountain and I go in to pick it up, trying not to die. So i run in collect it and quickly run out only to notice my screen getting the "-1300g" text and my inventory being filled up with BF swords. I did not try to recreate it as the game ended literally a second after.

So if we sum the worth of my inventory : Dorans - 450 g IE - 3400g BFS x 4 = 5200g Total : 9050g

I dont think this is something gamebreaking, but I thought it is really interesting and that should be posted.
