Azir

Some of you probably seen this on Reddit, but Azir passive on dominion is absent. The fact he use to have CDR on his passive (and not that been removed) it was somewhat useful on dominion.

Since that's gone and the only thing he have is the "Sand Disc" passive he's useless in dominion now.
