Patch Version
Is it possible to change what Patch you're in? For example from 8.2 to 8.1 or to 7.18?

Even if you changed the files back to the patch assuming you had a copy the client would force you to update. Why would you want to play on another patch anyway?
yes just click on ur league client a lot and it will give u the option
