Whats a good AP midlaner for SoloQ in this bruiser meta ?

People tell me Ahri is never been bad in any meta and i agree, however i feel like shes too mainstream..

I think ori and veigar could work but they have no escapes and for solo Q i prefer champions with at least some sort of disengage or escape

Just sit back and farm from range. As Veigar you have 950 range on Q, so you can safely stay back and get infinite AP. If a jungler comes to gank for you, place E around them and enjoy the free flash/kill. If they try to gank you, put E around you and walk off.

Brand is pretty good right now. Not a lot of people play him and he has great burst. However, he doesn't really escapes unless you can stun them.

Mighty kass lol jk kass is weak as hell. Tf is usually good same as malz if you build him with rylais and liamdrys .
