Gold Struggle

I want to get to gold for that sweet new skin, but its so hard to climb. I know I haven't played a HUGE amount of games in silver but I need some advice on what champs to play in the jungle that I can solo carry with (i am a jungle main). My teammates have been a big problem lately. Now when I say this I know im not perfect and im not the best League player NA but when ur top dies 4 times in the first 3 minutes and your bot is pushed up to tower and asking for ganks, its pretty hard to find a win. Ive been playing around with Rammus and Xin and both seem really cool. Rammus cant do much carrying wise but has a lot of tank to follow. I havent messed with Xin enough to say much. Just looking for some tips or tricks or just some strong advice. Im one loss away from going to bronze 1 so please ill take anything.

Notice anything? Fast attacking fighters that can build tanky and still do damage. They are beast at split pushing and taking objectives quickly. Dont rely on your team to ever do anything useful. You are the only constant in your games. Take advantage of stupidity which runs rampant in this game.

Use Yi. As much as I like him, I have to admit he's easy and pretty brain dead to use. Could build damage/crit on him or damage/tanky and still be extremely effective. Could also easily carry your matches with him.
