Should League of Legends Have a Communication System?

OK, so I know what half of you are going to say about this already. You are probably already triggered by this title and probably clicked on this just to flame on me for asking this question but hear me out. If league had a communication system think of how much better it would be with teammates and making better plays. OK yeah i'm pretty sure there is going to be at least a few people out there who disagree with me because of the "toxic" players out there. That's why there is a mute button. I think this would be a great way to meet new people and make league more of a "synergized" game. Helping teammates and show them right from wrong in communication vs. typing everything out is a big step toward improving game play and maybe just maybe the community it self. There is a lot more to argue but let me know what u think in the comments.
