Buff rumble Q on minions

I'm not a rumble main or anything, but whenever I play him, I have such a horrible time trying to farm, I normally end up behind in farm and normally lose trades when trying to play him (cause I'm bad). If I want to Q trying to melt down enemy laner's hp without having him hit back, I lose farm, when I try to Q to farm from a slight distance cause they are zoning me, I'd lose the trade.

When I do get behind, and it's like 20 mins in the game, I probably only have 1 ap item done and still trying to get my 2nd, and my Q doesn't even take half the hp of a caster minion.

I just find it hard to play rumble, especially when behind, even my Q doesn't feel that effective against champions until I get a few ap items. I don't think buffing his Q damage would be nice, I think it'd be nice if I can farm easier, both earlier and late

I think his Q dealing 75% damage against minions would do good

No. Rumble already has trouble with ganks so you wouldn't want to have a push not. If it was buffed on minions imagine how far the wave would push leaving you susceptible to roams

They made the change with Rumble's E - 2 charges, with 5 second reload time for each = you can fire 3 Harpoons in 5 secs >>>> MORE than enough to last hit minions using your E.

Make sure you watch you heat not to overheat and use your W to get in position to last hit. I've been playing Rumble since S3 and I feel that despite the "difficulties" Rumble has in the current meta and in top lane, the introduction of the new Electro Harpoon mechanic enables WAY easier farming.
