ADC who doesn't know what PYKE ult does

I had this vayne the other game and he kept complaining everytime I execute the enemy as pyke. Literally the enemy adc and support flashed away and my adc couldn't get the kill so I executed both of the enemies with my ult because of the range of the ability.

After that, adc says "stop stealing my kills". I tell him that the enemies were gonna escape anyway and I had to execute them, I told my adc that he will get the kill reward regardless because of the way pyke's ult functions and I would also benefit with the kill reward as well.

He literally says "idc i just want the kill idc if they escape".

I tell him that's stupid and he curses and calls me n%^er.

This dude legit plays to make his kda look good and not playing to win smh, fucking idiot.

Ya there is still a lot of people who don't understand champions abilities. We still have people who don't know what Thresh Lantern does and will bitch and moan that you don't help them escape when you clearly threw the lantern on them!

People still don't know about Relic Shield and how it gives gold to the nearest (usually ADC) ally!

what I don't like about pike is that u don't always get the kill gold. if ur inventory is full u get nothing. so playing with a pike is fine early game but mid game I cant carry wards or buy little pieces of items cause it fills up the slots . They need to change the gold drop from an item to just getting the gold then I would be more inclined to have a pike in my lane

So this is a bronze strat but whenever I have a "carry" support like VK, Brand, Zyra, Pyke, I always start with Relic shield. Compared to the other beginner items its honestly not that much of a cost if you learn to play passively until you get a real damage item, but it generates free control wards for yourself, and helps your support become a threat faster.
