I'm assuming you're referring to Onslaught. Onslaught wasn't meant to be easy.
Unless he's targeting you, you just stand there for 15 seconds waiting for him to finish dashing around the map. And then you spend another ten seconds or more trudging over to the new location he's finally (hopefully) settled on. It's incredibly uninteractive.
