Can we have a new Blasting Smite?

Old Blasting Smite was absurd due to how it gave quick clears to champ who already have insane clears and Devourer, but now that Devourer has been removed, can we bring back a modified version that allows for healthier clears on champs who need it/non-jungle champs who people want to jungle as?

Perhaps instead of an AoE Stun/Heal/Damage, we can make it a Single Target Stun/Heal/Damage healing for like 30% missing HP/Mana when smiting a Large or Epic Monster.

Also if we do bring it back it really needs to not have an AoE clear on it. I don't need Kha jumping in, smiting my wave, and deleting me instantly. Thanks.

Idk, I think most champs I'd use it on I prefer slowing or wards

There's no more need for a healing smite since hunter's potion enables unconventional junglers to clear after finishing only two camps. The lesson learned from season 5 (and to an even greater extent in seasons 3 and 4) is that having sustain not be gated behind a gold investment forces the jungle meta even harder than having enough free sustain to make any champion a jungler.
