This suggestion is kinda... odd. I mean... why would you build flask on junglers? Why would only Gromp give charges? Is this change really needed? Should flask change in terms of cost or amount of mana/hp because of these changes? Should flask be built into specific items because of this?

what would be the point of the change? it will only really benefit blue side top laners that use flask since they have access to Gromp while red side top laners are boned. All it will do is bring actual imbalance between the sides other than "this stupid HUD is in the way"
