Ranked is almost impossible to do well in at lower levels

So, I was Bronze 2, got promoted to Bronze 1, got my promos for Bronze 1 Here is what happened, I win my first two by carrying and being positive, although had a weird team for both the matches but it was OK Then the third game (remember its out of 5 games) a player starts winging about how they can't play support, I say I will play it. They then proceed to play Jax top, give first blood to a Nasus, then leaves the game never to return. So we get terrorized by a nasus with free farm, and end up losing despite dragging the game on for a while Next game, I play Ahri mid, win my lane, only to have a 0/12 riven who says that she is playing on her friends account to get a feel for the game. The rest of the team were OK, and we lost because Garen became tankier than Chogath with 1000 stacks on his ultimate. So we lost because Garen was practically impossible to shut down Final game - This is promoted or not, it matters a lot Im as friendly and helpful as usual I choose adc sivir, then it comes down to the last two guys They both instalock Nunu and Tahm Kench. I though "uhh ok..." But then Nunu doesn't speak the entire game, and goes support Nunu because he wouldn't speak, and flashed like a level 1 would flash and pretty much fed horribly Tahm went Jungle, even though I insisted they should switch roles, and fed as well, losing me the game It seems like no matter how hard I try how well I do, I can't get reliable team mates. This makes ranked nearly unplayable and Now i have to go through the promos again. A typical game looks like: My team on the left

TOP: Top or feed jax main afk firstblood giver feeder - Tanky AF Top laner who also does shit tonnes of damage Jung: Tahm Kench jung is best jungler - Good jungler who carries the game Mid: Me - Good player who I beat 8/10 times in lane ADC: Normally pretty good unless its a vayne or twitch- - A decent player who can occasionally fuck up my game and generally a worthy opponent Support: Shit tier on friends pc trying out game - Mata, YellowStar, BunnyFufu etc
