apologize to your lane opponent before hand

Or just runs flat AD runes and Flat mana Glyphs, masteries down to Thunderlord's grabbing mana regen mastery and ferocity grabbing all the damage percent increases and scaling per lvl damage increases. Build Black Cleaver for early health and damage in fights, Iceborn Gauntlet if against AD Maw if against AP and boots of Swiftness and go nuts in team fights and destroy your opponent in lane all day. A few notes still appy, avoid pushing lane if you can help it, ward around 3 min, go back to base and buy at around 4 min so to avoid the highest opportunity chance that the enemy jungler is top, and be sure to pick up a pink for the river/tri depending on which side you are on. I generally grab boots of swiftness first as most top laners have avoidable skillshots that are even easier to avoid with those boots, and being able to Q off a minion to get in range to WE and auto is nice for Thunderlord's procs. Strongly suggest not spamming your ghouls unless you are hard dominating the lane already.

Damage items make you have to cast less ghouls for more effect, especially if they each get two attacks in by themselves. (basically adds a .7 AD scaling to each of your skills) Have fun and good luck, cuz feeders in bot and mid can yield enough gold advantage for your opponent to have a chance especially if they grab mid or bot tower early too.
