Ok rant time. First i would like to say, i appreciate the thought of shorter queue times, but autofill honestly just makes me want to cry, for many reasons.

  1. When you get teamed up with someone in ranked who is autofilled and cant play that role, they basically ruin that game for everyone.

  2. With autofill it makes progressing through tiers SOOO MUCH MORE PAINFUL. Like srsly bronze already makes me wanna cry myself to sleep at night.

  3. Literally everyone hates autofill, why would u put something in the game that everyone hates?????? Isnt that like bad for business or something???

And yeah thats all for now on auto fill.

THE QUEUE ITSELF.

Im honestyl really freaking tired of the basic ban champs then pick your champ and play a game with a random team that most likely has at least one troll.

I DEEPLY MISS SEASON FIVE'S QUEUE WHERE YOU CAN CHOOSE YOUR CHAMP PRE-QUEUE AND THEN CHOOSE YOUR ROLE AND THEN WHEN YOU ARE IN THE QUEUE YOU BASICALLY GET TO KICK OUT PEOPLE WHO ARE TROLLING OR TRYING TO GO SORAKA TOP LANE OR SOME STUPID CRAP LIKE THAT. ( the whole team builder thing) that was the best thing that riot ever did for ranked, and it breaks my heart that its not there anymore BECAUSE NOW PEOPLE JUST PERMA BAN THE CHAMPS U WANNA PLAY.

i am not a troll or anything, i am committed to climbing in ranked, but the thing is, alot if ppl are not, and when you get teamed up woh a bunch of random people who feed their asses off and get you demoted 2 or 3 times no matter how fed you get. Like honestly, you dont even get to be ranked on your true skill, you get ranked on how good or bad your team is. And honestly bronze elo hell has stressed me out to the point of wanting to quit all together. And league is like, my life. So yeah.rant over

  1. Autofill - The other team is playing under the same conditions you are, if you maybe learn how to play every role so that when someone gets autofilled you can offer to swap, it might improve your chances of winning as now they're not just in a more preferred role, but they're also in a good mood and won't be so quick to flame you if you do poorly. That gives you an advantage to boot, so if you're a better player than your rank suggests, you should have an easier time climbing. Not everyone hates autofill, especially at high elo where players are more flexible. If you increase your flexibility as a player, it won't seem so painful. Otherwise, you're probably going to have a bad time. Maybe they'll take it out, maybe not. It's implemented right now, though, so take your pick.

  2. Teambuilder - teambuilder was a turd of a queue. It enforced strict meta regulations and there was no champion diversity since the OPs at the time were the only champs getting through the queue. It was the same game over and over, if you even got into a game. Queues took forever for you to sit through and sort through, longer if you were trying to assemble a specific composition like a poke or wombo combo comp.

  3. My Team!!! - If you're getting fed and still losing, you should apply your pressure in the right places. If you can get ahead consistently, learn more about macro play because that's the next step. There are ways to win. Even if you were completely dependent on your team, assuming you're not the retard, you have 4 chances to get a retard on your team and 5 chances for any of the enemies to be a retard. The odds are in your favor.

  4. Commitment - There are free coaches out there. If league is your life and you've hit a plateau where you can't climb rank and you are actually losing LP, get a coach. There are FREE coaches that cost you NOTHING but a bit of humility. No it's not getting boosted to a higher rank to get better teammates, I've played with people who actually thought that if they got boosted to diamond, they could continue to climb because their teammates in gold were holding them back. They paid for a boost to diamond, couldn't get a lead in most games, fed their asses off in others, and bopped their ass down to platinum within the week.
