Dragon Case (Rito pls)

Real talk: those videos of low level Fioras soloing dragon are pretty cool, but there are obviously more abuse than "neat" cases, so action had to be taken.

This right here kinda irks me, this was an awesome little quirk that a few junglers had that was fun and exciting to pull off because it was a high risk, high reward maneuver. Yea I know somebody's going to come in and say some bull about me being B1 but seriously take for example Jungle Pantheon, I see him I know to ward Dragon early on around 2-2.5 minutes and then ambush him in the pit if he tries anything funny because he (and fiora) have to use ALL of their skills to solo this guy. It has major counterplay (which is this major trigger word with you types in rito) and you just offhandedly label it as an abuse case? If this is an abuse case then so is Nunu running into the enemy jungle and taking camps in 5 seconds early game.

Yes there was room for counterplay, but there is also a lot of risk to that.

If the enemy mid laner follows you, then you're fighting a 1v2 trying to stop him from doing jungle. Unless you jungler is also there it is risky to go try to stop him. There's also the fact that if you go try to stop him at level 2 you will miss tons of experience and be under leveled. The way pantheon forces you to make a decision and take a risk is not the direction Riot wants to take.

a champion being able to snowball his entire team at level 2 is toxic as fuck, shut the fuck up please thanks :)

That said, I'm not sure why they're nerfing Pantheon when they're already changing dragon's damage to spell damage instead of basic attacks. Pantheon can't block its attacks anymore.
