Can we fix Shen please?

Don't get me wrong, I love Shen he's awesome, but his clear speeds are so abysmal it's embarrassing. His clear speed is on par with Alistar right now. I mean he takes close to no damage in the jungle, but that could be said about several junglers that clear quite a bit faster than him (Warwick and Aatrox spring to mind) is it possible to give us a little bone for one of my favorite junglers T_T

I'm not sure if Riot intends Shen to be balanced in the jungle or not. They may just care about his top-lane (which is a dangerous thing to balance, as history has shown).
