Why Does Zyra Get Rewarded For Missing Q?
Her kit has the closest thing to no interaction possible. Can we reduce damage that plants to and increase Q damage so she cant send you out of lane/kill you without hitting it?

She does not get rewarded. in fact, if she doesn't hit Qs, it is fairly easy to outsustain her damage, making her a useless root bot with lowest HP in the game.
