If you're method of balancing is "We don't how to balance this champ so we're going to nerf him into unplayableness" then can you give me my money back for the skins I bought for that champ?

Legit tho, I get where he is coming from, it's been more than a year since that "bandage" teemo nerf. I mean veigar has a lot more love from the communitybut still it's not fair how riot deals with some of these things.
The skins are aesthetic. tying their worth to the current balance of the champion is a fool's errand.
