how come in bronze people coming into matches saying i can only do these roles

Riot, you need a tutorial for this game for each role and make the less popular roles more fun with the competitive feel to it that all the other roles still give like ADC, MID, and TOP. I'm sure this is a Bronze occurrence at most I've been having back and forth losses because people wont stop the "I cant play this." line
