if u can land good e then he is a monster
veigar E can affect an singel team fight his R in late game remove 70% hp of any ADC. His W is almost as strong as his R. I spammed cho and veigar to climb out of bronze V. I give him 7/10m but you get bored really fast playing him. his kit is boring. playing him is boring. But his an really good champ! But in high low elohard is he really to play as becuse high elo players predict his abilites better. wich make him easy to counter
He's solid if you can pick him into anything that wouldn't run ignite for kill pressure.
So really strong if you pick him into a mage and really poor if you pick him into an assassin that runs ignite.
Since all you need is some safety and a few minutes to get your core items to stack up your AP and build a lead.
