AFKS AND LP LOSS FELLOW SUMMONERS HELP ME AGAINST RIOT!!!!

Hello league of legends, I am one of the players that play ranked only for I believe there is no other way to play the game. but due to the nature of this fast pace game as of season 6 having an afk is an instant loss at 20. I'm am absolutely disgusted with the amount of afks there are in ranked games. Low priority does nothing. ive reported a lot of people and no justice has been served. I go into a game happy as can be then the jungle is afk. its an insta gg. usually top lane or mid feeds. or they group as five and end the game. then after the game I lose 23 lp.................

some suggestions:

1. if theres an afk, allow us to leave the game with no lp loss and ban the afk from ranked so he can only play normals
2. if we have an afk. make the enemy team handicapped by making one of there members stay at fountain. or give us gold so we can be able to fight the enemy 5 players. PLs don't say afkers are apart of the game. ive recently lost 8 games in a row everytime to an afk during the game. ive lost chunks of lp then gained only half. I understand its meant for us to climb. but having an afk we shouldn't be punished so heavily. having an afk is the difference between being gold 1 and plat 5. this is a regular commodity.
3. have a minimum ping requirement for each server so no one lags out
4. next to the surrender button, have an opportunity to ask the enemy team for a draw and we lose the same amount of lp as we would if we dodge. so players like me who actually want to play don't get so heavily punished. thank you for reading this. league of legends is the game that prevented me from killing myself I feel I should give back with some meaningful suggestions to make climbing or having a winstreak a lot more consistent and not rudely interrupted by an afk. thank you :0
