Why Isn't Taric Played More?
I was wondering because this guys is fabulous 
. He has a heal, a point-click stun, and aoe. He also scales off armor which is perfect for the ad meta.

everything he has is a high cool down, and he has a severe lack of mobility and high mana costs.
I felt like taric was op too than i faced a yasuo and yup not very op
He is sort of hard to be good with because no one reads his passive (after a spell if you aa your spells cooldowns are lowered by one second)
Honestly I enjoy playing him but he is one of those champs where there are other people that do some of the same things but better... Need heals go soraka/Janna, need aoe and point and click stun go Annie, need a tank go Braum/Alistar.

I like going top with him if you can get 40% cd iceborn spirit Visage frozen heart Thornmail. You will 2 shot people and spirit Visage will cause you're to heal for more, people are waiting for his much needed rework
Takes too long to be useful. His stun isn't that great, and he doesn't have enough damage or tankiness until a few items for people to fear him in-lane.
