Quickcasting or Normal Cast?
Which one is better? Because I am using quickcast so I don't focus on my aim, but more about how i move my champ. But I see most pros use normal casting for abilities. Which one is better?

For most abilities quick.
I use both depending on the champ/ability. Holding shift lets you smart cast/quick cast
I quickcast everything except for Viktor's E and Rumbles R. I know the distances for almost any champ that I play since I've played them for years now. It's just habit to me at this point. I can't answer for the pros though.
Depends on the champ and the skill. A good example would be kalista and her setnial. You want to know where you can send it
there is no "better" one, it all depends on champion, skill and more importantly what you feel more comfortable using
Normal cast usually shows you where the hit box is going to be, but allows you to be more precise at the cost of a moment of thought. Quick cast automatically fires towards the mouse allowing for better reaction time; but some abilities (charge up & targeted) fail to fire. So for the most part it's up to preference, just be aware of how your champion's abilities behave in both settings; then just mix&match what you prefer.
Don't forget that there is an intermediate option, "quick cast with indicator". It will use abilities on button press like quick cast, but doesn't fire until you release the button which lets you look at range indicators and stuff. You can still cancel the ability while you're holding the button down, so no accidentally wasted ults :)
As for the pros, I would wager that they are probably fast enough to use both! (default bindings are QWER for normal cast, Shift+QWER for quick cast)
Quickast improves your reaction time, but you need to get used to it.
