Well, aside from Teemo... and Rengar(?)

Any other champions who can be invisible while standing on bushes?

Since your account is level 27 I'll assume this is a serious question and not trolling.

Every champion that stands in bushes is invisible unless you have vision in that bush. The vision could be from another champion standing in it, a ward, or an ability that provides vision.

Teemo's passive allows him to be COMPLETELY invisible while standing in a bush, meaning you need to have true sight in order to see him.

Really? Thanks. Was just wondering since I was able to see champions while standing on bushes. Well, I saw them running towards the bushes and still see them after they have stopped on the bushes.

champions with inherent stealth abilities are Twitch , Teemo , Evelynn , Rengar , Khazix and, Akali . all these champs have some form of stealth that they can use to "hide" even when you would otherwise be able to see them, and yes unless the bush is warded by your team all enemy champions disappear into bushes until you enter said bush
