I have the same problem in normals. Me and two of my friends like to queue up together and our ranks are all about silver 3. We are constantly put up against Platinum and Diamond players and we get handed a new one. This match making doesn't make the game any fun because clearly there is a distinct difference in skill levels and the like. TL DR: RIOT Games, fix your match making system because it is not fun getting your ass handed repeatedly while being called bad.
