What happend, Taliyah is dead? O.O

Now I have to say that there is something wrong, the thing that made taliyah an actual champion after her release was the 50% additional damage to minions, they did nerf e a few patch ago, but now they are nerfing it again. I was on ff@20 and look what I saw. Edit: Taliyah win rate is currently at 49.1, which is not that strong. She doesn't need those nerfs.

-Unraveled Earth (E) trap damage lowered to 80/100/120/140/160 from 80/105/130/155/180 -Mana growth lowered to 50 from 60 -Base Mana regen lowered to 1.2 from 1.4 -Mana regen growth lowered to .16 from .17 -Threaded Volley (Q) no longer deals 50% extra damage to minions. O.o

Riot, just a question, Whyyy? She will be wrost than her release, which was pretty much poop. (Not immature) So please returns that q nerf, or taliyah mains will be sad. Ty.
