I sit in champ select for a ranked game and when the countdown timer hits 0 is froze for 5 minutes, when i tried to log out it took another 2 minutes to communicate with the server to log out. if you cant keep me in a game why am i the one getting the penalty for it?
That sucks bro. its happened to me before too, even worse, it was in the last game of my series.
Every player in NA was disconnected and they didn't do Loss Prevented? Did you and your team mates get screen shots and fill out support tickets? Since it's RIOTS servers that are at fault, Loss Prevented would've been engaged, since everyone disconnected.
