Lost promos because my game froze

My ranked champ select just freezes when the timer gets to zero on someones ban and then I cant do anything until it forces me to dodge the game, how am i supposed to climb or even play ranked when i get forced to dodge twice in a row, and now i cant play for a half hour. this is retarded
