I just responded to an IP to RP thread and...

I wanted to get some more meaningful discussion on my response. As I feel my idea is pretty sound from both a player basis and from Riots Pov.

It is about IP dumps and IP to RP conversions.

Account must have "x years/Months" tenure.

It would discourage botters. Because only the dedicated player base would be affected as these players want to see the success of this game. (Also the actual time it takes to get included in the reward system means people wouldn't bot for IP)

As these players are the ones that want to see continued improvements to the game. (Also I don't want to hear anything like: "Whah I WOULD have been tenured but I got banned"...just stop as the system I am suggesting would have the same toxicity requirement as the Hextech system at launch so no bans, minimal reports or reformed completely)

OR Riot should just make ALL skins UNDER 520 RP sell for 52,000 IP in store. (ip amount to be determined)

IMO That would be better for IP dump and wouldn't affect profits and might increase profits because the crappy low level skins would get visibility.

Side Note: Also I have a friend that has everything and every rune and 330 skins. He just changes his summoner name sometimes when he gets enough IP. Buys new champs and saves for small perks like summoner icons for IP and such. because it is rare but there are people out there with SOOOOO much IP. I wish it was me but I digress. As this wouldn't even affect me. But it would be meaningful to maintain the veterans of the game.
