Will Mecha Sion be on sale when first released?
I know all mecha skins are regularly 1350 RP but I have 1108 and was wondering if that would be enough.

Mecha Sion is a legendary skin of 1820 RP pricing. So no, it won't be on sale when it comes out.
HOWEVER, with the new "early bird" sale they've been doing, they'll discount it down to 1350 RP for a limited time but you'd have to wait for a couple of months. Source: http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/store/sales/were-changing-discounts
It will not be on sale when it comes out, but it will in a few months. When that time comes, it will be reduced to 1350 RP for a few days.
