How to beat Diana?
Silver II here just wondering how to counter Diana. She seems extremely strong in lane and can cancel a lot of ults, so I'm not sure who to play against her. Any tips?

Exhaust and juggernauts.
In lane you just need to play a lane bully and set her extremely far behind in lane. Any mage can do it. In fact, some mages don't care if she reaches level 6. Like swain.

after 6 you can knockback Diana's ult, causing her to get no reset and leaving her with no gapcloser. But you should outrange Diana's Q anyway.

Pretty much any mage that can knockback her ult consistantly counters her throughout the game, and ranged champs should be able to bully her hard enough early game her first buy will be worthless.
to be honest here, she probably does very good in silver elo because a lot of players play passive and don't abuse other champions in lane, it's all about learning to punish in the laning phase. if she gets a good first buy and hits level 6, she can oneshot most champions that cannot knock her back.
edit: idk what champs you lik playing, but if you like playing assassins, you can try 
, though this lane is all about dodging Diana's Q and snaring her when she tries to get to you. but this lane can snowball heavily into either champion's advantage with 1 kill.
also, Diana will always push the lane early (if she knows how to play) so she cannot get harrassed hard, try calling in your jungler, she is a free kill when you freeze it at your tower.
She's basically an anti-assassin assassin, so if you're playing a champion like Zed or Talon; pre-6 just stay back and farm, and poke from afar when possible, since she will outrade you early on with her W and Passive. Also, it might seem counter-intuitive, but juke left when trying to avoid her Q, since it curves during the middle part and helps you avoid it. If you can get an early kill on her; great. She won't be doing as much when behind as both her damage and tanky-ness suffer from it. If she gets an early kill on you, freeze the lane near your turret and just farm, if she lands a Q on you post6, and she's in just barely out of ult range, run, she can easily towerdive with her W. Try to ward the best you can and ping MIAs if she tries to roam. If you manage to keep it frozen, you're either denying CS, leaving her open to a gank, or putting pressure on her turret.
If you're playing a long-range mage like Azir or Orianna, you're in luck! The only answer she has to your harass post-6 is her Q, which can be easily juked as mentioned above, just force her out of lane and set her behind on CS. Once she hits level 6, things get a bit more tricky: Try to play around her ult range, and save your CC for when she's under your turret, if she misses her Q but still ults you for some reason, you can easily abuse this by CCing her down and kiting away with AAs and Abilities. You should kill her under the turret.
