Can Blitzcrank or Thresh hook enemies going through Bard's Magical journey?

Can Blitz and Thresh do it while THEY are going through Magical Journey? No. Can they hook OTHERS? Yes :D

Blitz can't even hook a rocket jumping Tristana

I've seen a Morgana hit a binding on someone going through the tunnel, but i'm not sure how the thresh or blitz interactions would work. I imagine blitz could prob hit the hook, but they wouldn't be pulled to him.
