Bard chimes needs more EXP

So I played Bard a few times in co-op and normal and I have noticed that during his chime hunt and helping he ends up behind in levels. Even when I return to lane to get exp I still end up behind compared to the other team's support. I feel that instead of 20exp it should be just alittle higher. Just a thought
